We offer 14MONTHS guarantee for both HID Xenon Lamps and Ballasts. Any defective products will be compensated free of charge.

To get the replacement, please just cut off the cables and take some pictures to send to us we will send you replacements together with your next order without any more charge. If the defective rate is more than 3% we will ask customers help us to return the cables that cut from the ballasts back, and we pay for the freight cost.
